Don't accept too many quests from different areas so that you can really buckle down and knock them out as quickly as possible.
Avoid Tough Quests to Boost Your Experience
If a quest is going to send you really far away or make you gather some extremely rare items then you should skip it. The same goes for the quests that make you grind out a ton of mobs. Skip these and you will probably speed up your leveling because you can find quests that give you the same experience as a reward with less time put into them.
